Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Senior Trainer/Help Desk Analyst in Albany, GA to provide excellent systems, desktop, and network support. Working independently and within a team, the Senior Trainer/Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for training the users on new software products, identifying new requirements through testing and collecting feedback from users, troubleshooting device issues, and working with the development team to provide support to the new software builds and ensure the users trained and able to execute their mission.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Work with inventory specialist to understand their current business processes

Train users on emerging technolgies that will be integrated into their business processes

Troubleshoot network devices and escalte issues to networking or development teams when needed

Communicate with development teams in order to increase product quality

Troubleshoot printers and label makers

Assists users via phone and field support in a wide range of computer issues

Installs, upgrades and maintains desktop and portable computer hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.

Support a wide range of hardware and software systems, desktops, peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems using Service Desk best practices.

Collaborate with peers to solve complex business problems, deliver value, and recommend improvements.

Tracks trends and recommends corrective actions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1 Year of Relevant Experience

Associates Degree or higher

Customer-facing support skills
