Position Description:

The QA Lead will design, implement, analyze and modify systems for various applications. You will define system objectives and prepare system design specifications as well as develop test strategies, scripts and cases on large, complex projects. Must have demonstrated success gathering analyzing client business requirements in order to identify and solve problems. Collaboration with the project manager, business users, business SMEs, application technical analysts, and enterprise architects as is necessary.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

This position is ultimately responsible for ensuring quality of the solution and for the successful implementation of the solution into production. Test lead will support the coordination of environments and coordinate test resources to support testing activities. Work closely with PM, providing status updates on risks, issues and tasks completions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum 5 years experience testing large system implementations and integrations. Experience with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements, planning, high level and detailed design, execution, testing and defect remediation, and implementation. Experience working in the utility industry preferred. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience testing solutions from Business driven requirements.
