CGI Federal is seeking a Lead Systems Integration Manager for a long-term federal project.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
The DHS CDM Program mission is to safeguard and secure cyberspace in an environment where the threat of cyber-attack is continuously growing and evolving. The CDM Program defends Federal IT networks from cyber security threats by providing continuous monitoring sensors, tools, diagnosis, mitigation tools and Continuous Monitoring as a Service (CMaaS) to strengthen the security posture of government networks.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
Current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
A minimum of 8 years of managing integration teams similar to the size, scope and complexity of the work and environment.
Experience implementing IT security projects in complex and heterogeneous environments, including the following: 1. Experience developing, configuring, and delivering COTS software in support of enterprise security solutions; 2. Leading integration planning activities of U.S. Government Agencies on a scale similar to this TO; and 3. Experience leading multi-organizational and matrixed technical resources and teams in accordance with approved integration plans and Task Order terms and conditions.
A minimum of 6 years of experience managing technical integration and solution delivery issues.
A minimum of 4 years of IT security operational experience, including assessment of information assurance and interoperability.
Demonstrated expertise in security policy and implementation.
Experience developing and integrating Continuous Monitoring capabilities.
