Were currently hiring a Mid-Level Java Developer with Selenium experience to join our financial services team in Herndon, VA. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to participate in one of the largest technology replacements in history. Were offering a complete benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, etc.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as a key participant in application analysis, test strategy development, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting. You will also be required to train end users from time to time and should have experience with Selenium and Gherkin/Cucumber.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
4-8 years of experience in Testing back end, ETL, SQL based applications
Java development experience a MUST
Good SQL and, Unix, experience. (Intermediate knowledge)
Good Autosys experience from job execution and data testing standpoint
Good Experience in writing details test cases
Good experience in test data creation, Data manipulation, and Data comparison
Experience with working in an agile environment
Strong skills in SQL, Oracle, MS-Access
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have skills include Cucumber
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Post-graduate degree preferred
