Position Description:

CGI is looking for a senior level Business Analyst with a background in application delivery to join our Federal organization. As a senior member of the team, you will assist with management of development/application releases, testing, change enhancements and defect fixes. You will also perform analytics, metrics and reporting on the project and program level.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Documentation of analytical work and models for transfer to the appropriate stakeholders, including assumptions and data sources

• Definition of processes, procedures, policies and training to support the program

• Development and/or execution of stakeholder communications strategy and products, including: web tools, forms and instructions and other outreach efforts

• Adherence to client documentation development, approval and retention procedures

• Additional responsibilities as needed by the program leadership

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Ability to formally present and document analytical work and model, strategies or processes in a simple and succinct manner to all levels of the client’s organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively interface with client and team members

• Experience with change management, scheduling, organizing and communicating time-sensitive tasks

• Proficiency required with the Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Requirements:

• BS/BA in business, IT or related field; degree may be substituted with the equivalent years of professional experience

• 7+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in business process re-engineering, stakeholder management or strategic initiatives

• All work will be performed on client site in Kansas City, MO.
