Position Description:

The team is implementing future phases on a new $3M+ software technical upgrade and integration project. The project is completing a technical upgrade of the Oracle Network Management System (NMS) application and integrating the NMS with numerous other software applications, including SAP’s Work and Asset Management, the customer information system, enterprise data warehouse, and others. This team will be responsible for testing a solution that leverages vendor products as well as enterprise tools to manage electric outages. The NMS application integrates with over a dozen other systems and is the source of record for regulatory reporting on electric outage management effectiveness.


Responsibilities include:

• Collaboration with the project manager, business users, business SMEs, application technical analysts, and enterprise architects as is necessary. This position is ultimately responsible for ensuring quality of the solution and for the successful implementation of the solution into production. Test lead will support the coordination of environments and coordinate test resources to support testing activities.

• Work closely with PM, providing status updates on risks, issues and tasks completions.
