CGI is seeking a senior level Network Service Delivery Manager to work with a public sector agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high quality service delivery, innovation and efficiencies in network and level 3 support. Candidates must be willing to create an environment of open and transparent information sharing and team spirit.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Be responsible for overseeing delivery of network managed services and serves as the primary management point of contact for that service
Be knowledgeable about the engagement related to the network service area and in the polices, processes, and procedures used to deliver Services to the end Client;
Establish policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance;
Monitor and report on the performance for network service delivery as required by the underlying contract;
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements related to network service delivery
Evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvements to service delivery; and
Be experienced at running information technology systems, network, and technology of a similar size to a city.
Take ownership of the day-to-day operational relationships between service delivery team and the end client; manage and coordinate resources and subcontractors to ensure optimal service delivery and ensure that all issues raised are resolved in accordance with the applicable procedures and Service Level Requirements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Experience working as a manager responsible for service delivery to a large project.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
High level of reliability with proven success in a innovative environment.
