Position Description:

CGI is seeking a senior level Telecommunications Service Delivery Manager to work with a public sector agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high quality service delivery, innovation and efficiencies in telecommunications and level 3 support. Candidates must be willing to create an environment of open and transparent information sharing and team spirit.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Be responsible for overseeing delivery of telecommunication managed services and serves as the primary management point of contact for that service

• Be knowledgeable about the engagement related to the telecommunication service area and in the polices, processes, and procedures used to deliver Services to the end Client;

• Establish policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance;

• Monitor and report on the performance for telecommunication service delivery as required by the underlying contract;

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements related to telecommunication service delivery

• Evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvements to service delivery; and

• Be experienced at running information technology systems, network, and technology of a similar size to a city.

• Take ownership of the day-to-day operational relationships between service delivery team and the end client; manage and coordinate resources and subcontractors to ensure optimal service delivery and ensure that all issues raised are resolved in accordance with the applicable procedures and Service Level Requirements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Excellent communication, time management and previous telecommunications experience. Ideal candidate will have worked within a telecommunication company at a manager level.

Bachelors degree is a must

Strong management experience that can translate to managing others teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Flexible work attitude to adhere to clients needs and changes as needed.
