Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Performance Budgeting Implementation Consultant (Functional Analyst) to contribute to a large-scale federal financials implementation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

In this role, you will be supporting an implementation effort to deploy Momentum Financials Performance Budgeting to over 90 client site locations across the United States. You will be responsible for assisting in defining and implementing the deployment plan in accordance to the Account and Project timelines, and executing to the plan and as directed by Management. You will be responsible for developing and prodcuing various Performance Budgeting deliverables (requirements, design, test plan, etc). You will closely with project management to execute internal and external conversion, implementation and training meetings, and have the opportunity to work closely with the Prodcut Team, as well as the other project teams within the Program.

This role will provide the right person the opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic long term Program supporting a major Federal government agency. Candidate will have opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge through hands on-training and delivery, as well as the ability to participate in Company, Account and Team available trainings and certification opportunities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-Bachelor's Degree

-At least 1-4 years of functional Momentum Performance Budgeting experience and/or equivalent experience working within Federal Budget formulation systems, processes and/or tool sets.

-Familiar with Momentum and/or other comparable Federal ERP Applications

  • Must be detail-oriented and ability to work in an agile environment

-Strong analytical and writing skills, communicate effectively and comfortably with all levels of CGI and client management

  • Ability to effectively facilitate and present one-on-one trainings, as well as in large group settings and via VTC

-Due to the nature of this US Government contract, US Citizenship is required
