We are on the lookout for a top-tier NetSuite Solutions Architect to join our DC Metro team. This is a client facing collaborative role to help lead and implement NetSuite solutions, integrations, and system enhancements. As a lead architect and functional expert, you would work closely with organizational business units and cross functional technical teams on delivering B2C and B2B solutions. Expected to perform in a leadership role as a technology team member to help deliver value for our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Ability to lead and deliver end to end solutions.

•Leading role as a NetSuite solutions architect and functional expert.

•Build relationship with clients to deliver successful projects on time and on budget.

•Manages client relationships and projects as well as new business opportunities.

•Stays updated on new products and technologies including core NetSuite and SuiteApps marketplace.

•Configures and customizes NetSuite Solutions and Integrations for B2C and B2B architecture to fit current client ecosystem.

•Educates internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices.

•Partners with client on strategic roadmap with NetSuite as the ERP and center of business operations.

•Expected to collaborate with other cross functional teams in integration needs with CRM, CDP, Data warehouse, and eCommerce platforms.

•Works alongside eCommerce, finance and accounting teams on NetSuite Integrations, configurations, and customizations

•Collaborates with internal and external teams to help develop project plans to continue to enhance business operating systems.

•Conducts business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients.

•Supports in preparation of documents/diagrams functional and technical process flows to ensure optimization.

•Preparation of scope documents resulting from prospects/clients’ requirements gathering sessions.

•Problem solving skills to assess and troubleshoot issues that arise during application configurations, workflows, and scripting.

•Ensures information security protocols and practices are in place to protect unauthorized access and use of corporate data.

•Helps service delivery teams to ensure the agreed-upon targets and standards are met.

•Identifies and recommends opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiencies for clients.

•Effectively and proactively communicates risks to management and assists with the development of viable solutions to mitigate risk.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•8+ years of direct full life cycle NetSuite implementation+, upgrades, and support experience.

•8+ years’ facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite and SuiteApps.

•8+ years with implementation of NetSuite modules in the following areas (Advanced Financials, SuiteBilling, Revenue Management, AP Automation, Bill CapturePlanning and Budgeting, Account Reconciliation, OneWorld).

•8+ integrating SuiteApps to solve business needs.

•5+ years’ experience with iPaaS Systems (MuleSoft, Celigo, Jitterbit, Boomi).

•5+ years’ experience with API (Soap, Rest) development and integration.

•Experience with workflows, user events, saves searches, scheduled scripts and map reduce scripts.

•Experience with custom implementation and JavaScript frameworks such as Backbone.js, React.js, Node.js.

•Ability to lead functional and technical workshops including documenting requirements and use cases.

•Experience with NetSuite's SuiteCloud Developer Framework (SDF)

•Experience with SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0), SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, Integrations, and Reporting

•Experience with data conversions, migrations, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications

•Experience working in a global business environment.

•Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance operations

•Required NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator Certification

•Preferred NetSuite Web Services Developer, SuiteCloud Developer, or Financial User

Certification
