Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a senior level Tele Connected Care expert to provide leadership, guidance and subject matter expertise in the areas of VA/DoD Telehealth platforms and device integration, business and security protocol expertise, and overall strategy in and outside of a hospital setting. This new role will work hand in hand with delivery and growth teams to ensure strategic alignment of telehealth technology capability and customer success. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest organizations of the US Federal government.
This position can be located anywhere in the US.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Analyze, design, and review business processes and system integrations for incorporating tele health technologies in and outside of hospital setting for VA/DoD or other health agencies
• Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of Telehealth products, integrations, workflows, security, and strategic direction
• Lead and contribute to business requirements and design sessions with stakeholders
• Review business process flows, data and reporting requirements, VA/DoD/DHA/VHA or other health agency's policies, and other system processing documentation for these business processes
• Participate in other meetings related to training, change management, and stakeholder management
• Work with the Delivery and Support teams to assess risks and readiness of changes to key platforms
• Document and implement operational best practices and improvements
• Conduct reviews of major incidents and provide recommendations for continuous operation improvements
• Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to address risks
• Orient the troubleshooting steps toward problem resolution
• Provide guidance to the support team members in resolving the issue, where required
• Leverage and develop client relationship to demonstrate domain expertise and to establish trust by applying acquired knowledge to the client business and operation problems
• Take action on issues of non-compliance in quality and ensure all initiatives are in accordance with quality standards
• Maintain ongoing contact with the client stakeholders and ensure ongoing close work relationship
• Share expertise, knowledge and help grow technical skills within the CGI team
• Communicate plans, responsibilities and status to project stakeholders
• Manage and communicate all outstanding issues, risks and decisions
• Perform or guide the role of requirements manager, ensuring that the procedures identified for requirements management are followed
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering or other related degree
• Minimum 7 years of subject matter expertise in the areas of VA/DoD's tele connected care programs, products, integrations, processes, and strategy
• Experience with VA/DoD Reporting requirements
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior-level management and clients
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• An outstanding ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $125,500.00 - $247,100.00.
