Position Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic DODAF Architect to join our growing team in Crystal City, VA. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment bringing advanced business information systems to support the mission of the warfighter. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment and are seeking a candidate who has proven leadership and PM skills, the ability to think critically, problem-solve, and influence others to achieve desired results for the project.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Ensure a client’s enterprise technologies are aligned against capability shortfalls. Conduct initial and continuation planning to support and engage the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) methodology for the client’s enterprise IT compliance and documentation and intelligence planning. Analyze architecture baseline planning, including AV-1, identify key stakeholders and operational and functional roles, and assess current state and relevant future architecture capabilities. Consolidate tactical architecture from components, provide final architectures to the enterprise architect and government personnel, and analyze the development of an architecture governance process on behalf of government clients. Ensure technology planning and practices are aligned with the client’s IT strategic goals and overall strategic roadmap while providing architectural and consulting services, training, direction, and assistance to an extended architecture team for DoDAF frameworks and methodologies. Manage and continuously improve the design of IT architectures and processes while supporting DoDAF and the client’s methodologies and frameworks.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of experience with supporting Common Configuration Implementation Program (CCIP) development and operations

• Knowledge of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) 9

• Knowledge of DoDAF 2.02

• BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications, including intermediate, expert, or master

• IT Architect or Certified Technical Architect Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
