Position Description:

CGI Federal has an immediate need for a PMO SharePoint Analyst. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest organizations for the US Federal Government. Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for a PMO Analyst with Strong MS SharePoint experience to support growing Systems Integration Project at a government agency. Act as the primary PMO staffing and onboarding support for program and project manager.

•Assist the Account Management, project managers, and PMO Lead on operational processes. Responsibilities may include:

-Supporting the creation of operational processes (risk/issue management, project

onboarding/off-boarding, calendars/schedules, deliverable tracking) with support of

SharePoint to minimize manual, redundant activities

-Attending key meetings and capturing minutes, decisions, action items for both internal

and client meetings

-Assistance in the preparation and logistics of team meetings and trainings.

-Assure timely submission of required reports on a daily, weekly, bi-monthly or monthly

basis.

-Maintenance and Administration of project documentation and document repositories (MS

SharePoint including access controls and monitoring compliance with structure and use of

shared document repositories).

•Acting as primary SharePoint Administrator for Project Site

-Establishing best practices for maintaining, accessing, and site the project SharePoint sites

-Administering access controls and security, to include periodic audits

-Building lists, libraries, workflows, document repositories, surveys, reports as requested

by Account Management, Project Managers and PMO Lead.

-Training users on SharePoint usage and best practices

-Monitoring site for proper usage and archival requirements

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years’ experience working with large-scale project sites in SharePoint

•Strong expertise establishing and maintaining SharePoint site, including administering access controls/security, creating lists, configuring workflows, establishing and following SharePoint best practices

•Ability to create process/procedure SharePoint documentation and train team members accordingly

•Solid experience with Microsoft Excel

•Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

•Experience using project management tools including Project, and Visio.

•Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills and must be outgoing and proactive in order to accomplish tasks

•Analytical skills and ability to interpret data

•Flexibility, ability to multitask and handle a fast paced work environment

•Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the CGI, subcontractor, and customer organization.

•Attention to detail

•Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.
