Position Description:

A senior consultant able to direct the activities of a managed services team responsible for All Payments client accounts solutions management and be overall responsible for client relationship management. Successful candidate will oversee client managed services team of business and technical members responsible for the setup, installation and implementation of technical systems, applications, and process designs for client managed technology and business solutions. Candidate will be responsible for the management of the client relationship and serve as a primary point of contact for new services and monthly reporting.

The candidate must possess good leadership skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills. A collaborative approach and a good problem solving methodology is required. The Service Delivery Manager will lead all aspects of our managed service functions for assigned accounts. Responsibilities to include:

• Client relationship management while closely managing a team of managed services professionals in the delivery of products and services.

• Develop and Manage an Operational Framework for All Payments that defines the relationship with a client

• Support Sales initiative opportunities (presentations/demos, financial modeling & client/contract negotiations) introduced by clients and team members

• Contract/client management – play an active role in the management of SLAs, services and monthly reporting of metrics, invoicing management activities, etc.

• Interacting with clients and CGI teams to maintain good relationships

• Ensuring quality is delivered in a timely and responsive manner

• Creating and implementing standardized processes and improving on existing methodologies, including departmental structures and organizational improvements;

• Playing an active role in the management of the managed service team by participating in project management prioritization, daily change management meetings and other departmental responsibilities;

• Establishing and maintaining solid vendor and partner relationships

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years IT, 5 years in vendor management space. Strong business background.

• Experience implementing business applications involving multiple software components including COTS and third party products

• Solid understanding of business goals of the client engagement and be able to lead teams in meeting these, clarifying ambiguous requirements and triaging more complex problems as they arise.

• Project Applications: MS-Office, MS-Visio, MS-Project / Project Server, MS-SharePoint, familiarity with Test Management tools and reporting. Agile trained preferred.

• Soft skills: Excellent written/oral communications., Self-motivated, Leadership Skills, Consulting track-record
