Position Description:

CGI Is looking for a SharePoint Developer to provide advanced SharePoint development and operational support to internal and external clients. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide advanced SharePoint development and operational support to internal and external clients

• Collaborate with team members to find better, more efficient ways of doing things

• Solve challenging business and technical problems

• Design and implement architecture using technologies such as SharePoint Server 2010 and 2016 and Microsoft SharePoint Designer

• Participate in all aspects of the life-cycle from scoping, analysis, design, implementation, and quality assurance to delivery and support of SharePoint engagements

• Ability to assist with SharePoint server administration as required to support development needs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

The most important thing you will need is a passion for learning new things and solving new problems, because that’s what we do! As a consultant, you will also need strong written and verbal communications skills to work with your team and with our clients. You’ll also need a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or directly related field and at least 2 years of experience with the full software development life cycle using SharePoint migrations tools and SharePoint Server.

Additional specific experience required to be successful in this role:

• Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and how to effectively integrate processes, and documents while creating environments in SharePoint to manage collaborative efforts.

• SharePoint site administration and requirements analysis.

• Using Microsoft SharePoint designer to create custom forms, workflows, etc.

• Web design language experience including, but not limited to JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3.

• SharePoint 2010 Business Intelligence
