This position works on the Customer Care Center help desk and assists system administrators in resolving incidents that arise from daily use of the software. This role works primarily with digital content management in the healthcare space. The candidate will be working with a small tight knit team that works closely together to resolve software and data integrity issues at hospitals utilizing content management and workflow.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
This position is in charge of responding to client requests to open incident tickets for digital content management in the healthcare space. Once opened the analyst works with the client to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. This role also participates in a 24x7 on call rotation
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Successful candidates for this position should have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate process and resolution steps to customers. Candidates should be able to think critically and understand the basics of troubleshooting software and data workflow.
Ideally candidates will have some experience with relational databases, Windows server environments, and UNIX/Linux. Any prior experience in a healthcare IT environment is a plus. This role works closely with other analysts and as such should work well in a team environment.
