CGI Federal is seeking Senior Business Analysts to support a component of the Department of Health and Human Services. This component is a single, integrated dual-entry accounting system that standardizes and centralizes federal financial accounting functions for all of CMS’s programs.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Research or develop geospatial technologies in the context of Oracle Financials, Hyperion, OBIEE, and/or other financial management systems and reporting tools.
• May produce databases, perform applications programming, or coordinate projects.
• May specialize in areas such as agriculture, mining, health care, retail trade, urban planning, or military intelligence
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (additional experience can be substituted for education)
• Knowledgeable in geospatial principles, analysis processes and development of geometry engines, experience developing applications and geospatial tools for Esri ArcGIS software, using Esri APIs, ArcObjects.
• Familiar with Oracle and SQL Server
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication, design, development, and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and in groups to effectively participate in the Agile software development life cycle

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,200 - $161,600
