Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Strategy, Business Intelligence/Data Analytics professional for an exciting opportunity within our Intel Community.

As a Strategy, Business Intelligence/Data Analytics team member you will utilize your analytical, statistical, and programmatic skills to provide federal senior executives with insight to enable data driven decisions. Using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. You must have a proven ability to influence business results with your data-based insights. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. Your passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes make you a great fit.

Various levels are outlined below.

In detail, you will:

• Provide leadership to ensure long-range strategic plans to meet mission-critical priorities are on track and

• Advise management on issues, impacts, risks, and options

• Be an agent for change, helping your team and the customer with how to implement policies and procedures

• Responsible for performing as a highly skilled technology consultant and influencer in the area of predictive analytics.

Required Qualifications to be Successful in the Role:

Expert:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree business, accounting, finance, mathematics or economics.

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in federal systems generating standards, researching practices, producing data analysis to support decision makers.

• Demonstrated responsibilities and expertise related to data science and predictive analytics initiatives.

• Experience delivering complex technical documentation related to data science and predictive analytics initiatives.

• Proficiency at transforming data, data classification and translations, as well as resolving data quality and data cleansing.

• Active Top Secret security clearance with CI or Full Scope Polygraph

Mid-Level:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree business, accounting, finance, mathematics or economics

• Five to Ten (5 to 10) years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in federal systems generating standards, researching practices, producing data analysis to support decision makers.

• Demonstrated responsibilities and expertise related to data science and predictive analytics initiatives.

• Experience delivering complex technical documentation related to data science and predictive analytics initiatives.

• Proficiency at transforming data, data classification and translations, as well as resolving data quality and data cleansing.

• Active Top Secret security clearance with CI or Full Scope Polygraph

Junior:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree business, accounting, finance, mathematics or economics.

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in federal systems generating standards, researching practices, producing data analysis to support decision makers.

• Demonstrated responsibilities and expertise related to data science and predictive analytics initiatives.

• Experience delivering complex technical documentation related to data science and predictive analytics initiatives.

• Proficiency at transforming data, data classification and translations, as well as resolving data quality and data cleansing.

• Active Top Secret security clearance with CI or Full Scope Polygraph
