Position Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a strong background in Healthcare, Azure and AI solutions to lead the strategic executive alignment and communication of our Healthcare clients AI program roadmap. This role involves extensive coordination with executive stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of AI strategies within a healthcare context. You will be at the forefront of managing and delivering complex AI projects that have a direct impact.

• Address program-level scope, issues, risks, and quality, implementing corrective measures as needed.

• Facilitate negotiations and set realistic timelines with stakeholders, ensuring commitments are achievable and aligned with strategic goals.

• Provide transparent and regular updates on program status, including health, risks, and milestones to clients and stakeholders.

• Ensure all program deliverables meet the high-quality standards required in the healthcare industry and are delivered on schedule.

Future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Align with executive stakeholders to understand their vision and ensure the AI program roadmap reflects strategic healthcare objectives.

• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure clarity and visibility of AI initiatives.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of program milestones

• Manage cross-functional teams to drive program objectives, balancing competing priorities with resource availability.


• Executive stakeholder communication 10+ years

• Minimum of 10+ years in program management

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing based on organizational goals.

• Strong project management foundations, including planning, scope, issue and risk, and quality management.

Nice to have:

• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging Azure for AI and data solutions in a healthcare setting.

• Experience leading projects in healthcare.

• Decisive and efficient problem-solving skills with a track record of timely project delivery.

• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint to effectively communicate program strategies and statuses.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500-$185,500.
