Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, planning the CGI is looking for a strong PM/BA with several years of practical experience. Candidate should be highly professional, delivering work of excellent quality on client engagements with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Facilitating workshops with clients to understand business processes and define business needs
Documenting and reviewing business and data requirements
Working with technical resources to translate business requirements into solution designs
Assisting with data analysis and data profiling
Assisting with quality assurance testing and facilitating user acceptance testing
Working with team to define project plans, milestone deliverables and project schedules
Leading project status meetings and managing internal and external communications plans
Identifying, documenting and appropriately managing project risks and issues
Tracking project progress according to planned schedule, proactively identifying when project activities are likely to get off track and taking appropriate actions to communicate and define mitigations
Understanding and managing client expectations
Participating in activities to support development of project proposals
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Practical Experience with Project Management & Business Analysis
•Excellent planning, organization, communication and thought leadership skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types and understand technical issues
•Coordinate with team for project deliverables, lead and document project status meetings
•Maintain all project documentation
•Highly organized with good time management skills and customer service orientation
•Proven ability to track and manage project risks and issues
•Adept at managing project scope and managing client expectations
•Proficient in gathering requirements and working with business owners
•Expert in business requirement documentation and articulating them with design, development and testing teams
•Expert in creating, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Business Process Models, Use Cases and Modeling techniques
•Ability to organize, manage, and facilitate large user workshops
•Expert in using requirement management tools like Rational Req Pro etc.
•Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
•Experience planning and executing projects using an Agile methodology

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $107K-$130K*
