Position Description:

We are seeking a Director – Data Services to join our Healthcare Payer Division, focusing on leading data delivery for a large Healthcare Payor clients. This role involves managing client relationships, leading global teams, and driving data solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Technical Delivery: Provide hands on leadership to global team that is responsible for ETL, Data Warehouse, reporting, and production support. Ensure adherence to functional group processes and procedures to maintain high standards of technical delivery. Ensure KPIs and OKRs are met and be responsible for the evolution of those key metrics, along with the evolution of related processes.
Leadership and Strategy: Use leadership skills and knowledge of data technologies to develop solutions that drive business value. Provide thought leadership in the data space, partnering with the client in a consultative manner and working with data experts where applicable to bring the best of CGI to the client. Working with the Account Leadership, be responsible for the Data team s performance and make strategic business decisions to optimize investment in the short and long term.
Client and Project Management: Understand client needs and develop relationships with key client stakeholders, from the working individual contributor level all the way to leadership. Manage client expectations and collaborate with account management teams to ensure successful data delivery and integration. Serve as the single point of escalation for project issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Team Development and Mentorship: Support, mentor, and lead team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Guide technical and interpersonal development of team members to achieve regular delivery excellence. Work closely with global teams to implement data solutions across various platforms.
Business Development: Craft compelling proposals and identify new business opportunities. Develop strong consultative relationships with customers to understand their requirements and position data solutions effectively.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of modern data engineering practices and cloud technologies. Expertise in data architectures, data modeling, and data quality, especially within the healthcare payer environment is a must/
Hands-on experience with data migration and modernization, particularly in cloud environments.
Ability to write and review Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and SQL code. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle 10g or higher and Informatica Power Center.
Leadership Experience: 7+ years of experience leading global teams to deliver data solutions. 5+ years of experience managing projects and serving as a technical team lead. Proven ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering technical and interpersonal growth. This is a Hybrid position in Canton, MA for 2/3 days a week.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $134,400 - $235,200.
