CGI Federal is expanding their presence in Charleston, SC with one of their existing customers. Due to contractual requirements, the position requires US Citizenship and qualified candidates must have an ACTIVE Secret Clearance.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to:
Provides similar support to a Senior Financial Analyst, but in a narrower range of operations and works under minimal supervision of more senior personnel.
The Financial Analyst II supports a more defined operation or function in the following areas hut not limited to:
Examination of invoices, reports and legal documents for technical errors.
Recommends actions to certifying officials; process transactions according to established procedures.
Records obligations and expenditures.
Compiles and analyzes financial information.
Prepares source documentation for requisition for services.
Creates, organizes, and maintains files using database and spreadsheet programs.
Collects, retrieves and organizes data to identify financial discrepancies and resolve client inquiries.
Report development, preparation and presentation.
Conducts analysis of payroll and annuity processes.
Identifies and compiles trends and developments in financial systems and presents findings to all levels of management.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
A four year degree from an accredited College or university in the relevant fields of study, but not limited to: Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field and 4 years of related work experience is preferred.
