Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Mainframe Application Designer/Developer to join the team in Chattanooga TN. Candidate will get an opportunity to work with an highly skilled team on the latest technologies, this will provide an opportunity to shape their career with matured agile project delivery and advanced Devops CI/CD process.

At least 7+ years of experience in:

  1. Excellent programming skills in Mainframe, IMS DB/DC, COBOL, JCL, DB2

  2. Experience using Agile Methodology and Healthcare Claim domain

  3. Experience in creating the design documents – High Level & Low Level Design Documents

  4. Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written

  5. Experience with Onsite/Offshore model

Primary Skillset – Mainframe IMS DB/DC, COBOL, JCL and DB2

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Essential skills Required:

7+ years of Mainframe Development experience.

• Excellent programming skills in Mainframe, IMS DB/DC, COBOL, JCL, DB2

• Experience using Agile Methodology

• Experience in creating the design documents – High Level & Low Level Design Documents

• Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written

• Experience with Onsite/Offshore model

• Experience with Healthcare Domain is an added advantage
