Position Description:

The purpose of the role is to maintain key cyber-security controls for the site PCD (Process Control Domain) landscape. This includes (but is not limited to) activities such as:

o Documenting and risk assessing deviations from the Risk Profile, Managing the collection of host compliance data and providing SFP (Site Focal Point) with site performance reports.

o Performing PCD AMS (Asset Management System) LOD (Line of Defense)1 assurance, maintaining the LOD1 assurance health-check

o Provide evidence of compliance to LOD2 and LOD3 assurance teams

o Manage PCD Software licenses

o Maintain change management log for key controls

The individual selected for this role will have a daily routine that begins with awareness and inspection; validating the state currently and comparing it to the previous state. In the mind should be an awareness of any new deviation, incident, or anomalies that need to be ‘registered’ and ‘prioritized’. It is vital for the success of the role that the individual becomes part of the site culture. Credibility, Transparency, and a ‘Site Mindset’ is essential, and the first loyalty is to the SFP and SLT (Site Leadership Team). While this role could be performed remotely, an individual living in the same “community” as other plant staff and working onsite daily will be most effective. The role must be highly knowledgeable of all IT services related to PCD and maintain good relationships with service providers.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Asset Inventory

• Remote Access and File Transfer Management

• Antivirus control

• Patching control

• Network Architecture

• Access control

• Portable Media control

• Event Log collection and management, Network Security Monitoring

• Vulnerability Management and Incident Response

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Skillset must include Microsoft Windows Server & Workstation, Active Directory, and Cisco Networking

Experience with WUG, SolarWinds, Cisco ASA, NextNine (SecurePlant Administration), SQL Server, Oracle, Citrix, McAfee ePO, Symantec ESM, Symantec BESR, Acronis, Fortinet, Kiwi, VASCO

Requires minimum 5 years of experience managing critical systems and infrastructure.

Experience with Industrial Control Systems is preferred

GICSP, MCSA and CCNA certification highly preferred

TWIC certification required

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Industrial Control Systems is preffered
