Position Description:

Seeking a Product Manager/Scrum Master for managing the development, prototyping and scaling of CGI’s Enterprise intelligence accelerator, products and frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of development, management of project activities and collaborating with the involved stakeholders. The candidate should be well versed with the different agile methodologies has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, influence and have a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

Manages & prioritizes product features, backlog and development activities.

• Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to all involved stakeholders.

• Oversee design, implementation, QA, and validation of programming code and products

Remove blockers and impediments for team.

• Define EPICS, features and capabilities to be completed in Program Increments.

• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

• Prior experience in a variety of product management and product development roles including acting as an Agile Product Owner highly desirable

• Certified Scrum Master with prior experience managing technical project delivery. (Advanced/Data analytics projects preferred).

• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Experience with working Client executives and presenting project roadmaps and milestones.

• Ability to present analysis and findings in business context.

• Experience working with a cross-functional team to implement a key strategic project / enhancements.

• Provide and receive constructive feedback within the target group, stakeholders, Governance, Development, product owners, etc.

• Depending upon the need, ability to act in different capacities for various tasks and projects
