Position Description:

CGI is looking for an Architect to design, develop, and implement Customer Communications Management (CCM) Applications using OpenText Exstream software. Main responsibilities include conversion of Customer Communications suite of applications from legacy Documaker environment to OpenText Exstream. This position also requires experience in migrating Exstream Versions 16.X to 23.X or 24.X. Knowledge about OpenText implementation in the Azure/AWS/GCP cloud is preferable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, and Implement OpenText Exstream applications

• Installation and configuration of Exstream software. Upgrading Exstream software

versions is a plus

• Ability to analyze and develop solutions in Exstream by analyzing the upstream and

downstream systems

• Serving as the primary technical Point of Contact for all questions, concerns, and


• Ability to provide creative solutions to Customer Communications Management

applications areas

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelors degree in science, engineering, computer science

• Minimum of 5-7 years Customer Communications Management (CCM) Applications

using OpenText Exstream

• Experience in upgrading Exstream software is a plus

• Good understanding and working knowledge of Windows Operating System,

Databases (SQL, Oracle etc.,)

• Team player who could work effectively with a group of 2-3 team members

• Customer focused, takes ownership and delivers quality results

• Able to communicate ideas, plans, risks, issues with customers effectively

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required

Advanced graduate degree in the field of management, computer science preferred.

• PMP or ITIL certification

• OpenText Exstream certification is a plus

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $125,800 - $198,100.
