The Cyber Solutions Architect/ BE /Portfolio Lead will play a key role in growing CGI Federals cybersecurity business in the government and commercial markets. The candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of CGIs cybersecurity capabilities to address emerging and evolving threats. The candidate will work as part of a high energy, future looking team that will make cybersecurity a key component of all of CGIs offerings and a market differentiator. The ideal candidate is a thought leader or future thought leader who can position CGI as a leading provider in the cybersecurity marketplace.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of CGIs cybersecurity capabilities roadmap
Identify and evaluate new technologies to expand our cybersecurity offerings
Respond to requests for information and queries about CGIs cybersecurity capabilities
Evaluate opportunities and provide input on bid/no bid decisions
Contribute to proposal development efforts for government and commercial pursuits
Work closely with business units (BUs) and CGI intellectual property (IP) owners to integrate cybersecurity into CGIs offerings
Meet with internal and external customers to discuss CGIs cybersecurity capabilities and customer requirements
Support the development of competitive analysis
Represent CGI and its cybersecurity capabilities at tradeshows and conferences
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity developing and delivering consulting and managed services
Knowledge of the delivery and business model for Managed Security Services
Knowledge of cybersecurity regulatory requirements across a range of vertical industries
Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements for the DoD, Federal, and Commercial markets
Knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and its application to different organizations
Solid understanding of Risk Management Principles
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Ability to translate complex technical issues into business needs
Experience with Financial Management and business practices
Experience with Marketing and Product Positioning
Knowledge of cloud computing
Due to the nature of the government contract, US Citizenship is required
