We believe that change is good and that it is only by continually challenging the status quo that an organization strengthens itself and its products. We also believe that our product portfolio benefits from leadership focused on modernizing the technology, the architectural construct, and the thinking around what it means to be a product. • Demonstrate executive maturity to ensure that the product portfolio maintains forward progress in its modernization

• Deliver results in a constantly shifting environment

This person will not only be responsible for the evolution and modernization of our product portfolio, but also for the maturity and sponsorship of the Architecture team members. • Spearhead our product modernization program through definition of actionable roadmaps that allow clear tracking of progress toward objectives

• Work with Architecture team leaders and the VP of Solution Development to assign work, evaluate architecture plans, manage risk, and support the team in the execution of their responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Management, Product Engineering, and Process Management teams for the successful management and delivery of our COTS programs

• Provide day-to-day team leadership, including forecasting/budgeting, training plans, personnel reviews, recruiting and staffing, and general team administration/management

• Ensure that our approved technology list and associated licensing agreements are current and effectively represent our product requirements

• Support business development and customer initiatives as required for the success of our overall business

• Continuously evaluate and evolve our architecture capability to seek improvements, both technically and operationally

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum of 15 years experience in the development and delivery of enterprise software products
