This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Supports quality control and quality assurance functions
• Conducts data analysis and develops dashboards
• Contributes to development of management reports
• Develop, maintain and update complex Excel spreadsheets and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Utilize other reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive dashboards and visualizations
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making
• Conduct quality assurance checks on reports and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with standards
• Evaluate existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Communicate findings, insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Due to the nature of the government contracts, this position requires US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Experience with quality assurance and process improvement methodologies
• Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables and data visualization
• Experience with other reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, SQL) is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
• Experience building Power Apps & BI
• Knowledge of data management and database systems
• Certification in data analysis or quality assurance (e.g., CAP, Six Sigma) is a plus

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $190,900.00.
