The Management Consulting, OCM Lead will lead the development and execution of CGI Federal’s strategy to support Business Units in their efforts to drive profitable growth by leveraging OCM practice engagements and resources.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead growth in Federal OCM priorities areas tied to CGI competency areas in the areas of:

o Organizational and Individual Change

o Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

o Communications Best practices

o Knowledge Management, Training and Onboarding

o Workforce Management and Transition

The role will work with existing and new clients in development and positioning of services with the support of account leads and OCM Subject Matter Experts across the Federal practice. The OCM Lead will track, develop new business opportunities, meet and present to federal customers, and grow the Management Consulting OCM practice.

• Lead the development and awareness of CGI’s OCM services. The OCM practice lead will be responsible for collaborating with CGI Federal Marketing and Communications to maintain a personal presence in the media and with external associations. The external presence shall include speaking engagements, a social media presence and direct engagement with existing and potential customers. Further, the OCM Services Lead will produce strategic external and internal marketing collateral (e.g., white papers, factsheets, etc.). The OCM lead will lead and grow the CGI OCM Community of interest (COI).

The OCM lead will reside within Strategic Operations and work collaboratively with the Business Units, Strategic Operations and CGI Federal Management to develop and execute the Management Consulting OCM practice. The OCM lead will report to the Strategic operations Management Consulting lead.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• A Bachelor’s degree with minimum 15 - 20 years of work experience in the Management Consulting - IT consulting field

• Experience with OCM service sales and record of accomplishment of 3 successful Federal OCM deals. Experience in writing technical proposals and successfully closing deals

• Experience managing teams of OCM subject matter experts

• Keep up to date with market changes, ability to speak fluently about them and point out implications and opportunities for CGI

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be proficient developing and delivering presentations on solution and business case/value to large groups of Federal IT executives and managers

• Self-directed style

• Ability to clearly articulate technology concepts to a business audience

• Strong public speaking and other forms of media expertise
