Position Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process & QA Improvement Lead to join our team. This Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of quality in our products/services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, process improvement, and compliance with industry standards.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure product/service quality.
• Establish quality control processes, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance quality outcomes.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality practices, standards, and processes.
• Prepare quality reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and/or conduct internal and external audits and address non-compliance issues.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Due to the nature of the government contracts, this position requires US Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Six years of experience in quality assurance management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in process improvement, risk assessment, and compliance with quality standards.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $83,900.00 - $146,800.00.
