Position Description:
Reporting to the sector leader, you will be responsible for growth and delivery of services to a large Federal agency. A key focus for this leader will be to increase sales and revenue throughout the portfolio while maintaining successful delivery and client satisfaction. While on-contract growth is essential, special emphasis is placed on diversifying the existing book of business with new services and new customers (departments, offices, and divisions). In this role, you will develop and execute strategy to deliver successful outcomes for our three stakeholders – clients, members and shareholders.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
The Program Executive is responsible and accountable for:
• Client Relationship & Business Development
o Owning client relationships(s)
o Maintaining and developing strong relationships with both existing and new/target clients
o Leading and managing business development activities. Oversee and execute pipeline development, qualification and conversion. Deliver on contract growth, while securing portfolio diversification with new customers and service offerings.
o Build and develop high achieving opportunity pursuit teams. Serve as opportunity pursuit lead on key deals; mentor coach and oversee pursuit teams on other deals.
o Achieve subsector revenue growth and sales targets
• Engagement Governance and Oversight
o Leading a team of directors with day to day responsibility for integrated service delivery; serve as engagement manager for a section of the agency’s business
o Ensuring the supervision, coordination and quality of services delivered to clients (such as performing regular and frequent project or operational reviews with our members and the client, etc.)
o Collaborating with CGI internal partners to provide end to end service offering to clients
• Team and Member Management
o Ensuring the assignment, recruitment and career development of team members
o Ensuring the development of the team’s capabilities and expertise in line with client needs/market evolution
o Fostering health and wellbeing of members
o Fostering a supportive environment in which members can grow their careers, develop their skills, and experience a variety of opportunities
• Operations Management
o Leading and managing to achieve or exceed targeted budget, revenue and profitability
o Actively contributing to the strategic and operations planning exercise; own and execute strategy for the sub-sector
o Maintaining accurate forecasts for a portfolio of work
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field
• 10+ Years successful experience in IT Consulting leadership with successful P&L and business development / sales leadership experience in the Federal sector
• History of success in: pipeline creation, opportunity qualification, win theme development, value proposition messaging and pipeline conversion
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail, and strong communication, negotiation, client facing and client relationship building skills
• Demonstrated experience in fostering a positive and empowering work environment in which members can grow their careers
• Must be a team player who works collaboratively with peers and Directors to pursue new work, address challenges, and create a positive work environment
Desired:
• Demonstrated client relationships in the Department of Justice
• History of successful growth at the Department of Justice

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 - $258,900.
