Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Production Operations Lead to join our dedicated team. As the SaaS Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering successful operational support for our SaaS products and services. You will be responsible for coordinating a talented team of professionals, developing and executing strategies, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch SaaS solutions to our clients.

This role can be performed from one of these other preferred locations Lebanon, VA or Lafayette, LA

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Deliver the successful support for production operations for the applicable programs, to include:

  1. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as DevOps, product development, and client customer support teams, to ensure alignment in delivering top-tier SaaS solutions.

  2. Deployment planning/execution, client/end user communication, client onboarding, monitoring environments, DR testing, etc.

  3. Understand SLAs and contractual requirements related to production SaaS offerings as well as being able to communicate these with stakeholders.

  4. Coordinate with security teams on FISMA/FedRAMP compliance including SOC monitoring, security vulnerability management, remediation, Incident management, and security reporting.

  5. Field tier 2/3 customer support requests and coordinate response from infrastructure, software, or security teams.

  6. Coordinating heightened support levels/hours during deployments, managing deployment schedule, customer milestones, etc.

  7. Procure and schedule services for annual FedRAMP and SOC II assessments.

  8. Oversee the successful implementation and maintenance of SaaS solutions for clients, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.

  9. Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and provide solutions.

  10. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  11. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry to drive innovation and competitiveness.

  12. Manage the budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to meet business objectives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

  2. Proven experience with managing operations for a production solution.

  3. Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.

  4. Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills.

  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and creating order

Able to balance and prioritize multiple demands from a wide array of stakeholders


  1. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology trends.

  2. Familiar with the software development lifecycle and Agile software development model, specifically

  3. Familiar with SecDevOps. Daily Standups, Sprint planning, and Sprint Demos as well as Kanban versus Scrum processes.
