Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Vulnerability Scanning and Auditing Specialist who will support a robust cyber security program to maintain the systems pursuant to applicable guidelines, RMF, NIST Special Publication (SP) 800-37, NIST SP 800-53 and agency specific security requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Perform enterprise-wide internal and external vulnerability testing to include Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) certified Cloud service providers.

• Scan monthly (both infrastructure and application) to assess the FS security posture using tools approved by the government client. Currently these tools are Foundstone and Nessus utilized to scan all endpoints (approximately 90,000 per month).

• Prepare report on scanning results monthly.

• Perform ad hoc scanning as needed.

• Manage the configuration of Tripwire and perform enterprise-wide detection of server configuration changes using Tripwire.

• Prepare a report monthly of analysis of security configuration management following the common vulnerability reporting framework.

• Prepare a report to Information System Security Officers (ISSO) bi-monthly of any suspicious system changes.

• Include summary of efforts and metrics as part of the MPPR.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted for degree)

Experience with Foundstone and Nessus scanning tools

Experience with Tripwire

US Citizenship required with ability to successfully obtain mid-level, agency specific security clearance
