Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst II to support EOIR HQ in Falls Church, VA.

The position of Management Analyst II will provide a wide range of administrative support functions for SFMS. This position will work in close collaboration with the Chief of SFMS, Assistant Chief, Personal Property and Logistics, and other assigned personnel.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Conducts initial fact gathering on a range of issues for analyses with management

• Reviews routine and repetitive processes and conducts surveys and limited studies to resolve issues

• Retrieves data from multiple sources periodically for management review and analysis

• Serves as content manager for intranet webpage and reference materials

• Develops standard procedures to ensure uniformity in methodology

• Manages and maintain electronic records on shared drives

• Analyzes documents/data for completeness of information and proper execution

• Serves as the SharePoint/Microsoft Teams specialist for SFMS collaborative procurements

• Performs personal property management tasks as it relates to the accounting, reporting, recording, and disposition of personal property

• Conducts physical inventories of accountable property as needed

• Manages and monitors multiple electronic mailboxes to assist in directing inquiries to appropriate SFMS teams/individuals

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

The successful candidate should have at least the following:

• Must have excellent skills in the ability to accurately interpret facts and make viable recommendations to resolve issues

• Must have excellent skills in fact gathering and research methodology

• Must have excellent skills in process improvement development and implementation

• Must be highly skilled in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams collaborative work platforms

• Must be highly skilled in MS Office applications (i.e. Teams, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, and VISIO

• Must be highly skilled in Adobe Acrobat Professional, including document creation

• Must have excellent written communication skills

• Must work well with others
