Position Description:
CGI Federal is looking for experienced Information Systems Manager to join our 2nd Shift Team at our Hot Springs Passport Center Book Print Printing facility.
The 2nd Shift Information Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the computer and telecommunications / communications operations, data control, operations support and security system policy and procedures to ensure system integrity.

The selected candidate will ensures long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization. Additional Duties include:
• Responsible for maintaining, planning, and recommending computer system changes within the operation.
• Schedules installations and upgrades. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software. Implements operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
• Assigns personnel to various projects, directs their activities, and evaluates their work.
• Interfaces with the key government and internal personnel on computer and system related issues.
• Conducts monthly system and access audits with the ISSO and takes the lead on IT-related inspections.
• Assists the Government in developing the specifications, scheduling, milestones, and cost estimates for projects relating to passport services at the BPF.
• Monitors the progress of projects and assures that the Contract complies with system equipment specifications, scheduling, and cost objectives set by the Government.
• Compiles and maintains records and reports to include, but not limited to, employee computer access permissions, equipment inventory, and drafts IT Disaster Recovery and Contingency Plans.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• The selected candidate must have a Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance
• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in Information Management
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to use applicable regulations, policies, and directives pertaining to
• Experience applying data management concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of the capacity, configuration, and limitations of state-of-the-art computer equipment and software applications

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,200 - $148,000.
