Position Description:

If you are engaged and motivated by driving transformational change, this is your prefect role. By joining our Digital Strategy and Organizational Change Practice, you are an integral leader and contributor to transforming the client’s organization through digitalization. As an Organizational Change Manager, you principally are responsible to ensure projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will lead the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. In creating and implementing change management strategies and plans, your team will drive faster adoption, greater proficiency, and higher utilization while addressing and minimizing resistance.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the experience ODCM professional on our engagements are to:

• Conduct Cultural Change assessments and Develop Change Management Plans that will be effective in change adoption in that client’s environment

• Design Communications plans specific to targeted stakeholder groups and develop communications that are compelling, persuasive, and visually attractive for appropriate channels

• Design, develop and monitor metrics that provide empirical evidence of OCM and Communications effectiveness

• Conduct Organizational Design assessments, complete necessary as-is documentation and to-be modeling.

• Lead Business Process Redesign efforts, executing a proven methodology and engaging stakeholders as necessary.

• Oversee the development of business process improvements, including standards and processes and stakeholder impacts and pain points

• Lead Executives and stakeholders to develop future state visions

• Establish and lead change champion networks

• Facilitate the definition, refining, and building out of governance standards and team charters

• Oversee the development of business process improvements, including standards and processes and stakeholder impacts and pain points

• Design and develop performance-based training materials

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Expertise (at least 2 previous engagements in OCM Lead role) leading a large-scale organizational change effort for a transformational project such as an ERP, Salesforce or a global business process change

• Expertise with change management principles and methodologies

• Experience developing Organizational Change Management Plans and executing them

• Experience developing Communication Plans and executing them including Social Media and web content

• Experience performing Change Readiness Assessment

• Workshop Facilitation including Executive Change Leadership sessions

• Experience developing Stakeholder Analysis

• Experience performing Organizational Workforce Development, Design and Strategic Alignment

• Experience overcoming Resistance

• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization, including at C-level

• Strong analytic and decision making abilities

• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

• Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio

Desired Qualifications

• The most successful candidates would have a Prosci Certification

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $75,000-$110,000*

*Disclaimer: In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, effective January 1, 2021, a good faith hourly or base salary range must be posted for all positions where the work may be performed in the state of Colorado. Therefore, this good faith salary range will only apply where this described position will be performed in the state, and should not be considered the compensation range in other locations or for other positions.
