Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Top Secret cleared Supply Tech to support the FBI/FLSD in Huntsville, AL.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Logistics representative for the Redstone Enterprise Services Unit

• Supports the inventory and control of Government property

• Ships accountable mail and packages

• Responsible for receiving and shipping firearms for the FBI, DEA, Marshall Services, and the ATF.

• Responsible for coordinating and/or moving items around area of responsibility (AOR)

• Must work well in a team environment and have good interpersonal and written skills

• This role has a high amount of desk work, utilizing spreadsheets. Spreadsheets need to be updated with date received, type of weapon, and date shipped. The SR and 431 are then filed in the appropriate field office folder for accountability and tracking purposes. Weapons are also received from field office that require maintenance or repair.

• Will develop knowledge of service requests (SR) and 431 weapon requests. SR’s and 431 must be identified for each weapon that comes into DSU and the Weapons Management Facility (WMF).

• Additional responsibilities will be required as the DSU WMF program grows in Huntsville.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Must have experience with Microsoft Excel, creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets.

  • Possession of an ACTIVE TOP SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; Ability to maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US Citizenship is required.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Must be able to handle high volume fast pace environment; work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.

• Valid Driver's License, ability to lift at least 40 lbs.

Hourly Rate: $30.16/hour (non-negotiable)

The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
