Position Description:

As a Global Strategy Alignment Analyst at CGI, you will be accountable for management of sophisticated/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Apply in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.

You will demonstrate detailed knowledge to promulgate Banking industry standards and practices across project implementations. Document current, interim and target states for the impacted Business Systems aligned with technical design authority / architecture review board, implemented as intended and aligned with the Enterprise-wide guide rails and policies.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Working with regional CIO teams building 2020 technology roadmaps.

Support reporting requests and help communicate the 2022 strategic vision to key partners.

Acts as a trusted advisor to the leadership team working in close partnership to address strategic issues across its portfolio of businesses.

Develop groundbreaking strategies to grow and re-position businesses.

Motivate change by partnering with business leadership.

Provide transparency in sophisticated problems, facilitate decision-making, and guide high value investments.

Follow all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department. For supervisory positions, ensure BSA training requirements are completed by staff.

Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience in the Financial Services/Banking industry.

A deep understanding of technology and technology trends.

Understand the business processes of the enterprise and how those processes work with other peer enterprises in the industry.

Experience across a variety of architectures, technologies and approaches using Core Banking Platforms.

Excellent understanding of Retail Banking systems with a proven track record of designing how technology can be best applied to increase team velocity and reduce cost of ownership using cloud first approach.

Understanding of Event driven microservice architectures; benefits, patterns, pitfalls and operational considerations.

Knowledge of the Data Management and Reporting techniques.

Knowledge and experience in crafting and implementing mobile solutions.

Project management experience

Proven track record of influencing Senior Leadership and organizational change by solving sophisticated ambiguous problems.

Outstanding analytical and quantitative capabilities.

Collaborative work style.

Good written and verbal communications skills

Good partner management and influencing skills

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $120,000-$180,000*
