Your future duties and responsibilities:
Candidates will participate in the full Agile system development lifecycle. Specific responsibilities include:
-Research, Analysis, and Design of System Enhancements
-Siebel Application development and maintenance.
-Maintaining technical best practices and standards
-Supporting testing activities and working closely with business analyst as well as the quality assurance project members.
-Cooperating with other project teams to support production operations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
-Minimum of 3 years Siebel development experience, including Siebel 20.x or higher
-Minimum of 3 years of IT Software development experience
-Experience in complex programming, debugging, data analysis, and problem analysis
-Demonstrated ability create technical designs from functional requirements
-Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
-Proven ability to work in a team environment
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Experience with Agile (Scrum) development methodology
-Experience designing and developing Siebel integration with external applications using EAI, business service, workflow, integration objects, XML, JSON, and web services.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in relational database skills, preferably Oracle, required for reviewing and evaluating complex operational queries.
-Web Design/User Experience
-Section 508 Accessibility
-Experience working in CMMI Level 3 and above environments
-Overall understanding of the AWS Cloud
