Position Description:

Join this new Support Project as Team Lead in our Lafayette, Louisiana location.

With your expertise, you will lead a team of four remote engineers that support BPM/Pega and a second team of four remote engineers that support MQ/Fusion/Kafka. You will drive/deliver client requirements in an Agile framework. You will have the opportunity to show/grow with technology in a client-facing role.

Your future duties and responsibilities:


Client Interface: Communicating with customer stake holders to include leadership, support teams, and system administrators.

Client Interface: Consult and receive support requirements.

Client Interface: Consult and configure/customize BPM/Pega/MQ/Fusion/Kafka to meet their requirements.

Client Interface: Be the technical interface between the engineers on the team and the client.


Technical Team Lead: Mentor two small teams of engineers for 24x7 support

Technical Team Lead: Be a technical resource for the engineers on the team.

Technical Team Lead: Assist sizing and prioritization of the Backlog of client requirements.

Technical Team Lead: Oversee the development activities of other members of the engineers on the Support team

Technical Team Lead: Be the onsite coordinator for both teams

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

• At least 12 years of IT Support experience

• At least 6 years of working experience BPM, Pega, MQ, Fusion, and Kafka

• Strong analytic skills and learning abilities.

• Strong technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem solving skills.

• Results driven, strategic, conceptual, and innovative thinker

• Excellent consulting skills and superior ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships

• Strong client and management communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile Management Principles
