The CGI Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Referral Program Specialist to join our dynamic recruiting organization. The Referral Program Specialist will work with a team of Recruiting Managers, recruiters, and recruiting sourcers focusing and will focus on member referral talent search and placement, strategy development and process improvement.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
At CGI, we believe our members have worked with and know the strongest talent in the marketplace and are committed to a high-touch Referral Program that assists in finding placements for these highly-sought after candidates. The Referral Program Specialist will act as the Member Referral program owner and administrator across the United States; the Specialist will also manage a team of Referral Sourcers, who are dedicated to screening and finding placements for member referral candidates. This role requires a strong collaborator who is dedicated to a service oriented culture that creates efficiencies and a quality referral experience for our members and referred candidates. Additional responsibilities include: the analysis of programmatic success by monitoring trends, identifying opportunities for success; and, providing training across multiple business units.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
-5+ years of experience within business analysis and/or recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high demand candidates
-Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems of a sensitive nature to include data analysis and market comparative information
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Experience with applicant tracking systems and high-touch experience with Member Referral Programs or administration
-Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws and OFCCP and EEO compliance
-Ability to show success in a client or customer service role
-Ability to provide consistent, and high quality service across multiple business units
-Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization
-BA or BS degree
-PC proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
-Proficiency in MS SharePoint
-Ability to produce expected results in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
-Ability to exercise independent judgment to decide on the appropriate priorities and procedures to follow
