CGI is seeking new members for our highly collaborative Tier 2 service desk team supporting a variety of Momentum Enterprise Suite related initiatives for our clients. Our members will directly contact our clients, collaborate with our implementation and operations and maintenance teams to analyze and quickly resolve issues, and participate in frequent professional development and team building.

This is a long-term position and work will primarily take place out of the CGI Federal's office in Lebanon, VA, with the possibility of occasional travel to Fairfax, VA or the client location in Washington, DC.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Analyzing current business processes and system functionality to figure out the best methods for meeting operational objectives.

Testing system functionality and solve system errors.

Provide phone, email and web-based support one on one to users as they complete work in Momentum.

Participate in future Momentum Upgrade activities.

Collaborate with other team members, implementation, and operations and maintenance teams to identify and correct client problems.

Provide support for other federal government mandated initiatives implemented by the client.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Strong familiarity with the organizations, roles, and systems involved in the federal financial management process.

Experience in implementation and or support of a federal ERP system (Momentum strongly preferred)

Experience training novice/new users on a federal ERP system (Momentum strongly preferred)

Experience and comfort facilitating meetings, training sessions, and group presentations.

Demonstrated ability in the development/execution of SOPs, QRGs and step-by-steps using a Financial System

Proficient in testing and documentation of system functionality

Strong analytic thinking skills

Desired:

Previous experience with or support of ERP Financial Software (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Momentum) preferred.

Knowledge of SQL

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $44,500 - $73,400.
