Position Description:

The person who fills this position will be joining and assist in leading solution and technical architect strategies for a number of key opportunities with multiple local Arizona clients to offer and implement requirements through all phases of projects. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the country to solution various technology offerings.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical development of IT applications, including knowledge in:

  • Technical and Solutions Architecture

  • Software integration

  • Implementation of business technology solutions

  • Full software development lifecycle, using agile and waterfall methodologies

  • Minimum of 7 years in managing IT projects

  • At least two IT projects of 15-20 team members

  • Experience managing external partners / vendors

  • Ability to build trust and communicate with Director and VP levels

  • IT Outsourcing experience is desired

  • Experience applying PMI and ITIL management principles

*Preferred Technical experience in the following areas:

  • Solution Architecture and Strategy

  • Solution and Technical Architecture

  • Enterprise Application Architecture

  • Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services

  • Object Oriented Development (e.g., Java, C++)

  • Database Architecture (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

  • Cloud Services

  • Enterprise Infrastructure Services

*Cross Industry Experience in 2 or more industries such as:

  • Government (State and Local)

  • Insurance

  • Asset Management

  • Financial Accounting

  • Budgeting

  • Commercial Retail

  • Manufacturing

  • Oil and Gas Utilities

  • Telecommunications
