We are seeking to hire an accomplished Onshore BSA with IVR/Telephony experience resource to join our financial services team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Analysis of existing Business System and Process of Client Applications

• Should have 3-8 years of experience in IVR/Mobile industry and applications

• Business Analyst IVR, Mobile & Digital channels will be responsible for requirement elicitation, functional solutions, consulting for Client Financial Solutions Applications specifically for IVR/Mobile/Digital channels applications.

• Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Requirement Management

• Interacts with Management and business stakeholders for the requirements and business solutions

• Should have deep understanding of IVR/Mobile/Digital channels applications/systems

• Payments Domain expertise is a plus

• Working with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

• Should be able to work individually or in a team setup, spread geographically.

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work with minimal to no guidance

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Experience working on large BI projects/programs

• Experience in the banking and/or financial services industries is a plus

• Banking BSA skills with some background in telephony and/or IVR workflows (call routing, authentications, authorizations, service automation etc.) IVR skills (keywords to check Mobile, Voice Response, middleware + messaging, Real time massaging etc.)

• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

• Experience in Payment Processing Systems in large banks

Years of Exp:

5+ years of BSA-BI skills

4+ year of IVR Skills

4+ Telephony Skills

3+ APIs

3+ years of Agile

3+ years of Payment Process experience

Education:

Bachelors Degree in CS or related field
