Position Description:

CGI is hiring a PEGA Developer/Business System Analyst. In this role, you will deliver quality work on a development team for a clients’ Retail Marketing application that is undergoing technological modernization.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Create design documents and required release documentation for better traceability

• Develop project documentation that includes requirements, project plans, use cases, system specifications, technical documents, and other test plans

• Identify and manage project issues

• Requirements definition and management

• Create Swagger files

• Experience with Gherkin

• Serve as the technical point of contact between product management, development team, sales, and clients

• Solicit and analyze business data, objectives, and processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 7+ years of experience working in PEGA applications

• 5+ years of PEGA BSA experience

• Knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Retail Marketing systems

• Expertise in deep PEGA concepts such as DataFlows, DataPages, ConnectSOAP, ConnectREST, ConnectHTTP, SMA, Requestor, Nodes etc.

• Complex PEGA ruleset management.

• PCBA certification highly desired

• Experience working in Java based projects

• Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.

• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.

• Business process management and modeling.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

• Experience working in Agile and /or Scrum development.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in PEGA Marketing is preferred

• Experience working in Financial Services

Education: BS in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
