Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Performance Test Lead to join our Banking Group in the Great Lakes business unit at our client site in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role and work in one of our most significant and highly visible teams!

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Work in a centralized testing team, and responsibilities may include testing multiple applications across technology stacks

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of experience

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes and performance testing tools, especially HP LoadRunner.

• Performance monitoring, tuning and analysis experience using tools such as: Zenoss, Dynatrace, IBM TrueSight etc

• Able to clearly interpret requirements and acceptance criteria to create test cases.

• Expertise in test planning, estimations, prioritization and documentation.

• Knowledge with both manual and automation testing.

• Understands a broad spectrum of technology in order to provide part or all of a detailed technical design to meet customer requirements.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related IT field.
