Position Description:

We are seeking a Solutions Director to join our business consulting team to support presales activities and solution development of strategic opportunities. This is not a typical solutions engineering role. You are expected to be different. A thought leader and fearless problem solver, you understand business and technology disciplines well enough to recognize business problems and how/what technology can be leveraged to solve business problems.

You are adept at evaluating / assessing operations and making recommendations, you engage effectively with C level executives and lower level managers to help them adopt the right solutions to overcome their challenges. You thrive in an environment that challenges you to take on a varied set of tasks, each having different outcomes.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Your passion lies in customer creation, retention and value generation. You enjoy working with business developers in pursuing complex opportunities that require out-of-the-box thinking. You listen to clients, you talk to your experts and leverage a broad set of technologies, methodologies and platforms to define solutions that are different from the competition and targeted to meet customer expectations. You are a strong communicator and love telling stories about how your ideas will help your clients. You network and work well in a large team. You keep up with what is going on in your industry and are always keen to engage with people on industry trends and direction.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience working in the industry. If you have worked in the financial sector, it is even better

• High-end consulting experience in the areas of strategy, process improvement and IT optimization

• Consultative interaction and selling to high-level (CxO) executives

• Working on multiple, diverse engagements simultaneously

• Partnering with multiple internal stakeholders, balancing conflicting priorities

Team player, can work independently, entrepreneurial, strong business acumen, prior experience working for business consulting firms is a plus

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a combination of these disciplines
