Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Works with Business Stakeholders and Program Manager to ensure IT programs and projects realize identified business value and outcomes.

•Works with Business Stakeholders and Program / Project Manager to build quality project plans, workstream creation for prospective projects, including value and ROI metrics.

•Participates in high level planning, time, scope, estimation, release management

Help develop value stream creation by assessing a client’s business challenges/needs/gaps, diagnosing the root problems, and recommending an approach leveraging CGI’s Product Operating Model for Squad Enablement

•Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, document business requirements, and articulate the value proposition and business case for various finance transformation solutions.

•Provide best-in-class business partnering support with our IT execution teams, and deliver quality reports and process analysis used to make informed business decisions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•2-4 years practical Agile experience working directly with teams as a Product Owner or Business Analyst - Scrum Master or other Agile certification preferred - SAFe a big plus

•3-5 years Project Management experience

•3-5 years Business Analysis experience

•Proficient in both project and product delivery methods

•Technical or product environment experience preferred

•Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Kanban or similar tools

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meeting facilitation skills

Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $74,600 - $223,200.
