Position Description:

CGI is seeking a seasoned business partner to join our growing team supporting life science clients through end to end solution offerings and professional services. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from CGI, and our end-clients. This program lead manager will work at various CGI/ clients consulting and executing various life science business and IT initiatives from road map assessment architecture best practice phase implementations, and go live.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The IT Business Partner, US Cell Therapy (CT) is accountable for the effective delivery of IT capabilities and services supporting the US business with specific focus in CT. This role partners with CT business teams to define and drive digital capabilities to meet their specific strategic needs across new and integration work. This position will accelerate the digitization of the Commercialization Cell Therapy business through technology innovation and ensure that their information capabilities and operations are reliable. This role partners with the CT Franchise to translate business needs into specific requirements while balancing their prioritization and impact. Builds strong partnerships with the US Commercial & Franchise Cell Therapy teams globally to drive consistent adoption of digital capabilities and innovation opportunities and launch excellence.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Good Understanding of pharmaceutical operations and digital capabilities

  • Experienced in working with business, technical stakeholders

  • Strong stakeholder/relationship management skills

  • Ability to work with internal clients and partners to understand audience - what's relevant to them, and how they should receive information; key messages that need to be conveyed and how to effectively package information, especially for executive-level delivery

  • Be an effective communicator with technical audiences, able to present complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders in person and via status reports.

  • Excellent writing and editorial skills, ability to process large amounts of information and/or data and distil them into relevant messages

  • Expertise in resolving conflicting priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise thought leadership

Demonstrated skills in managing and working with external personnel in a team environment
